Advisor Roster and RAC
The Advisor Roster and RAC provides the advisor student information on their advisees to help advise and support students throughout their EKU journey.
Advisor Roster and RAC
- View a list of your advisees
- EKU ID, Name, Picture, Email
- Advisor Type - Major, Minor, Supplemental, etc.
- Major - Includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Majors
- Last Term Enrolled
- Future Registrations
- RAC Number
- Registration Holds
The Advisor Roster and RAC displays all active students and can be exported into Excel. The export provides additional information like phone number, student type, classification, academic standing, etc. The list can also be sorted and filtered. This can help identify students who are currently enrolled.
The Loop - Student Information
The Loop provides detailed information on a student.
- Personal and contact information
- GPA and credit hours
- Major
- Advisor
- Additional information
- Coursework
- Current registration - instructor, meeting days/times
- Midterm Grades when posted
- Final grades for completed courses
- Notes-Advisors can make advising notes and document advising meetings in the Notes area of The Loop.
