As an Advisor, you will have access to an Advisor Menu within myEKU. Here you will be able to access EKU DegreeWorks, Advisee Progress Reports, Advisor Roster and RAC and other important advising information.

Advisor Roster and RAC
The Advisor Roster and RAC tool provides a comprehensive set of information about your assigned advisees.
Advisor Roster and RAC:
- View a list of your advisees
- EKU ID, Name, Picture, Email
- Advisor Type - Major, Minor, Supplemental, etc.
- Major - Includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Majors
- Last Term Enrolled - useful for sorting by students who are active and those who have stopped out
- Future Registrations
- RAC Number - should help monitor (and eventually discourage) wholesale distribution of RAC numbers without deliberate advising
- Registration Holds - points students to their View Holds screen in EKU Direct
The Loop- Student Information
The Loop provides a platform for Advisors to access more detailed Academic Information including GPA, Credit Hours, Advisor, Current Registration, Midterm Grades, Final Grades and Student Schedule.
Notes: Advisors have the ability to make notes on students and also view notes by other areas on campus that have been entered on the student.
EKU DegreeWorks

Degree Works is a Degree Audit software available for both Advisors and Students within EKU Direct. Advisors may access a student's Degree Works audit in order to track their progress towards graduation, help pick out courses, create a graduation plan and see what credits they have recorded (transfer and EKU).
